Homeowner Associations

Young Craig and Co has extensive experience in providing audit and review services to homeowners associations.  We have been working with homeowner associations for more than twenty-five years and in the last year alone, have served over a hundred associations of all sizes as auditor, reviewer, tax preparer, and/or consultant.

We have been an active participant with the Executive Council of Homeowners (ECHO) and our personnel are members of the Legislative Committee, the East Bay Panel and the Accountants Panel.  Involvement in these groups serves to keep us up to date on matters relating to homeowners associations.

We prepare federal and state income tax returns in conjunction with the review of your financial statements. We calculate and use the most advantageous method of filing available to have the least tax possible.  A number of factors are used when calculating the most advantageous method.
