Over 45 years experience as a CPA. Areas of expertise include tax planning and compliance for high net worth individuals and their related closely held businesses, real estate, service businesses, estate planning and leads the Forensics/Litigation Support Team.

Professional Associations and Leadership

Member of California CPA Society, member of the AICPA, and is the Past Chair of California's Professional Conduct Committee. Board Member Emeritus of the Housing Industry Foundation, Past Chairman of the Board of the Los Altos Community Foundation and serves on committees and boards for other various community organizations.

Awards and Services

In 2016 he was honored by the California CPA Society with their Distinguished Service Award.  In 2008, the California CPA Society awarded him the statewide Public Service Award. The recipient of the Santa Clara University Accounting Alumnus of the Year (2006) and the Housing Industry Foundation Summit Award (2007) and other professional and civic awards.

Why I Am Passionate About Public Accounting

Helping people make sense of their financial life is what it is about. There is a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction in helping a person plan their future, better understand their business or improve their bottom line, while knowing we have minimized their taxes at a reasonable cost.

Who I Am Outside The Office

Dennis spends time with family, grandchildren, traveling, reading, and helps to make our community a better place.
